Refund Policy

This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have activated your service) and ends 10 days after that date.

Cancelling an order before activation
you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we activate it. Please see the Contact us page for our telephone number. You will need to give us your name and address details to cancel your order.

Receiving your money
Our accounting is outsourced and as a result we operate a 45 day refund policy. You must inform us in writing, or by email to cs@eprivateire.com, of your intention to cancel
